**Account Partner - Adelaide Office - Permanent Full Time**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Partner to join our Domain Residential Sales team in our Adelaide office. The Account partner is to be a connection between Domain and the local market & build on Domain’s presence in the local market through nurturing and growing the customer relationship. You will problem-solve customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure solutions are provided in a timely manner. You’ll understand the customer needs, manage concerns or objections throughout the sales process while meeting monthly targets and ensuring all sales activities are appropriately documented.
**Who are you?**
- Continually connect with clients and industry partners to ensure Domain solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market
- Act as an advocate for customers, influencing product roadmaps, and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs
- Be accountable for sales to designated Domain customer group or portfolio, and achievement of sales goals
- Take accountability for team goals and informally support and mentor peers
- Drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:
- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions
- Successfully defining customer needs, delivering Domain solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns
- Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation
