Your new role

As Accounts Officer, you will manage the financial records for approximately multiple schools, ensuring consistent and accurate bookkeeping. This position involves maintaining the chart of accounts and handling daily end-to-end monthly accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation. The role is offered as a 6-month contract.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Strong understanding of charts of accounts and financial systems
  • Ability to manage bookkeeping across multiple entities
  • Previous experience as an accounts or finance officer.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWC) and National Police Check (NPC)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
