**Role overview**

We are recruiting multiple Accounts Officers, known internally as Provider Relationship Consultants to redefine service excellence and ensure our clients and disability service providers receive the services, they expect from the leading Plan Manager.

As an experienced service professional each day will bring a new opportunity to provide quality client-centred service and ensure invoices are processed in line with service standards, engage with and proactively support disability service providers to present invoices in line with NDIS requirements and work proactively with providers ensuring a single point resolution to client needs.

**About you**

You are a data entry guru with exceptional client services skills, methodical and a passionate problem solver. You are driven to exceed targets and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. A resilient person with a positive outlook to your work is essential to remain adaptable and flexible as our business continues to grow. To be successful in this role you'll have:

- Relevant experience in a customer service environment
- Previous administrative experience with a high attention to detail
- High level of attention to detail in all areas of work
- Punctual and reliable with an understanding of impact absence has on the business
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility with rostering and availability
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
