**Your new role**
As the People & Culture Coordinator you’ll report directly to the Manager of People and Culture, you’ll provide a high level of support across all areas of activity within the People & Culture team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Provide high level administration of all HR related processes and procedures
- Support the research, development and implementation of a Health and Wellbeing Program
- Maintain employee records through records through the HRMS
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the People and Culture team, including recruitment, on-boarding, correspondence, probation and performance reviews, remuneration surveys, wellbeing initiatives and exit processes
- Undertake HR related projects as required and participate in the planning and subsequent activity relating to any new business
- Coordinate the activities of the social club

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualifications and HR or related field
- Proven experience in a generalist HR administration role
- Demonstrated experience working with HRIS and Intranet
- Sound analytical skills with strong knowledge in MS Excel
- You’ll be a team player, have a collaborative approach and communicate with influence
- Knowledge and understanding of Employment Legislation
- Experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Superannuation or financial services industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
