**Your new company**
Is a leading provider of general practice training funded by the Australian Government to deliver vocational training to doctors seeking to specialise as general practitioners across NSW and ACT. They value their people and operate in a way that reflects their values.

**Your new role**
The People and Culture Officer will undertake duties and tasks to support key people, culture and wellbeing functions and key processes. The role is responsible for a variety of business areas and generalist functions, including performance management, transition, return to work and compensation. You’ll report to the Chief People Transition Officer and work with the broader Human Resources team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You’ll be a strong administrator
- Proficient in HRM & Microsoft systems and software (outlook, MS Teams, word, excel)
- You will have the ability to prioritise work commitments and be well organised.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- You’ll be a team player, have a collaborative approach
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Relevant and current experience in related human resource role
- Exposure to the medical or education and training environment will be highly regarded.
- Unrestricted motor vehicle licence (own car desirable)
