We are looking for a resilient and proactive People & Culture Business Partner to join our rapidly growing team. This role is not for the faint-hearted and will be critical to helping us make Nourish the work home for awesome people who want to change the way the world eats for the better.

The People & Culture Business Partner will be a pivotal member of the people and culture team, actively partnering with employees and leaders to provide guidance and support, while driving initiatives that enhance the organizational culture and contribute to achieving business objectives.

**A day in the life**

As a People & Culture Business Partner at Nourish, you'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and will play a key role in our People function by providing P&C support and advice to the business. You'll:

- Proactively partner with senior leaders to understand their business needs and provide P&C guidance and support.
- Provide coaching and advice to people leaders and employees on P&C policies, procedures and practices.
- Drive the delivery of P&C initiatives including performance management, wellbeing and employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Facilitate capability development and initiatives across the organisation.
- Assist in the development of succession plans and career pathways across the organisation.
- Advise and support leaders in identifying training and development needs for their teams.
- Champion culture change and continuously optimize P&C processes for an exceptional employee experience.
- Maintain P&C systems and coordinate activities in cooperation with payroll other stakeholders.

**You have**:

- Up to 5 years' experience in a People and Culture Business Partner position (or similar) in a fast-paced organisation.
- A positive, bright and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude.
- Proven track record of implementing HR frameworks, strategies policies, plans and projects to align people and organisational goals and enhance culture and engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Experience leveraging technology to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Highly developed organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to support, co-ordinate and deliver projects.
- Willingness and ability to demonstrate initiative, work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

**It would be great, but absolutely not necessary, if you also had**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Org Design or related discipline.
- Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Accreditation/experience with Human Synergistics.
- Experience in HR tech platforms such as Culture Amp and Hi Bob.
