We have an opportunity for a Duty Manager to work in the Kimberley region in WA

You will need to have had hands on experience across Food & Beverage including the bar and restaurant to ensure smooth operations.

**Your role will involve**:

- Managing and training a small team
- Able to deliver / organise functions and special events
- Organising staff rosters
- Ordering stock and stock control
- Provision of exceptional customer service to guests
- Adhering to regulations ie: Liquor

**Requirements**:

- Approved Managers Licence WA
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Police Clearance
