**About Us**

**The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies** is a privately owned and operated Registered Training Organisation based in Shailer Park, Brisbane and the first online college for Early Childhood Studies in Australia. AIECS specialises in Children's Services, Training & Assessment, Professional Development, STEM Workshops and Specialised Training.

**About you**

Naturally, you will have strong attention to detail, be thorough and accurate combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

**Experience Requirements**

- Time management skills
- Ability to work semi-autonomously
- Knowledge of the Children’s Services industry (desirable)
- Strong written & oral communication skills together with a strong customer service focus

**Responsibilities Include**
- Providing industry and/or organisational specific advice and information to potential clients and students in relation to various qualifications and training the college offers.
- Communicating promptly to student queries and potential enrolments of the AIECS, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintain student database software, including Business Administration and LMS.
- Organise, coordinate and monitor workshop payments, attendance, evaluations, platters and certificates for participants.
- Assist with moderating and keeping the College website current.

**Salary**: $20.00 - $29.99 per hour
