Auscare Training Organisation is looking for an experienced, dynamic full time RTO Student Support Officer/Admission Officer

The Student Support Officer will be responsible for actioning contacts, establishing, and maintaining positive relationships with our students to encourage progress, and maintain relevant outcomes.

**Essential to the role**:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
- A friendly and approachable attitude, with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a compliance driven work environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and prioritise time and resources, with the capability to re-prioritise and deal effectively with the unexpected
- The capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and also autonomously
- Enrolment process for domestic and international students
- Following up with student’s progress needs, and liaising with trainers
- Providing technical and administrative support as needed to students on AXcelerate
- Coordinating and delivering student networking events and meetings
- Assisting Management with student statistics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and hand over skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- An excellent attitude towards work
- Great professional skills
- Great teamwork
- Ability to troubleshoot issues within own scope of responsibility and report to the relevant parties
- Good technology/IT skills
- Familiar with Microsoft word, Team and excel software
- Experience with VETtrak and PRISMS is preferable
- Experience in the International Education sector is preferable

- Monday to Friday
