Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Recruiter who is ready to join our global Operations business. This opportunity will be based in our Melbourne CBD office and is a permanent role.

Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar Recruiter role and have relevant industry experience in either Mining / Construction / Oil & Gas market sectors. External agency experience a would be an asset, as would exposure to both white / blue collar sectors, but is not essential.

**You must be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Residency (PR) and be able to work lawfully in Australia to be considered for this opportunity.**

In addition, you will also have:

- Excellent administration skills and flexibility to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach to tasks with diligent attention to detail
- A “solutions mindset” with the ability to work under pressure while being able to consistently deliver within complex environment
- Tech & Social media savvy with intermediate capability across MS Office (Excel, Word), LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems
