We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a **6-month contract** in Melbourne, Australia, to help us find top-tier talent that will drive our success. If you’re excited about recruiting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you

**What You'll Do**:

- Focus on sourcing top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing methods, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Review and screen applicants, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to interviews, feedback, and extending offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to provide updates, align on priorities, and ensure an efficient and collaborative recruitment process.

**What You Bring**:

- **1+ years of recruiting experience**, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and support special projects as needed.
- A sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to work effectively and independently while managing multiple priorities.
- A strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and a results-driven mindset.
