**Description**:
What we are looking for

Someone that is ready to take that next step into a recruiter role and help deliver recruitment strategies that support Aussie’s unique culture and growth.

This a 12 month contract with the opportunity to grow into something more

**Skills and Experiences**:
The things that are really (really) important
- Delivering end to end recruitment process activities
- Helping evolve recruitment activities
- Nurture our internal and external talent pools, in partnership with the Recruitment Manager
- Identify and respond to current and emerging resourcing issues and trends
