**About the role**

You will be joining our Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Specialist. You will work within our Schools division, alongside our team of experienced consultants. You are responsible for leading and delivering recruitment and onboarding of educators, supporting a variety of schools across Victoria. This role has the capacity to be supported by someone working in a full or part-time capacity.

**Duties**
- Attract, on-board and market exceptional educators, while fostering professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives.
- Facilitate educator networking events and professional learning opportunities.
- Build and implement effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management

**Skills and experience**
- Education market knowledge and experience - _ideal_
- A successful history in recruitment or sales - essential
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Strong Team Player
- Passion for working in fast paced environments
- Keen to work for a growing company with strong values and a great culture
- Passionate about matching the right person to the right job
- Good attention to detail and, ideally experience in administration and compliance
