**The company**:
Well established design and manufacturing company in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne has an urgent requirement for an experienced Recruiter.

**The role**:

- Managing vacancy process for new and backfill roles
- Reviewing and updating internal advertisement prior to advertising internally
- Preparing Employee Action Forms and documentation for terminated employees
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation for new employees who have completed the recruitment process.
- Create and manage desktop procedures; maintain and update and distribute to HR.
- Prepare Letters of Offer & Starter Packs
- Assisting with preparation of course documentation and participant guides required for training and managing training records
- Payroll Audit Manage as required
- Communicate with Branch Managers and HR from time to time

**The person**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- The ability to work effectively autonomously whilst keeping constant communication open with the Recruitment team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A quick learner and proficient computer operator
- Highly motivated and process driven
