**About our Graduate Role**: Pronto Woven Business Administrator opportunity:
Our digital consultancy division - Woven, has a new role for a Business Administrator to join our supportive & motivated Customer Success team. We’re excited to be advertising this role and looking forward to mutually shaping this role:

**Where you’d be working**:
This role is located in the Forest Hill branch with a primary focus on supporting our nationwide billing efforts but with clear opportunities to branch out into more customer-success related activities as you grow into the role.
Our Pronto Woven Customer Success team support both digital strategy, pre-sales and billing efforts with a focus on client growth, retention and also accurate billing. This will give you a clear career path to develop your customer-focused skills whilst making a meaningful difference to the operation of the team.
**What you’d be doing (your day will look like this)**:
Monthly invoice processing for all chargeable services including implementation, consulting and project work
Improve and build-on our existing billing processes to find efficiencies; creating better outcomes for our team
Supporting the Customer Success team with customer requirement gathering and estimates and quotes creation
Fostering meaningful relationships with our Account Managers and Business Development teams
Attending customer meetings where necessary
Contacting our existing customer database
Identifying opportunities for improved business administrative processes for our broader department
Other project and administration tasks, document preparation, invoicing, data entry as required.
About you
**We’re looking for a Business Administrator who is**:
Motivated and pro-active;
A self-manager and self-starter, but also works effectively in teams
Attentive to detail and organisational skills
An excellent communicator
Above all you’ll need a ‘growth mindset’ and a ‘can do’ attitude
All product specific training will be provided.
To enjoy being a Pronto Woven Business Administrator you’d need to have:
Qualifications in a business, administration, marketing, IT or communication related course
Prior experience in a business administration role (desirable)
Customer service or sales related experience (desirable)
Ability to multitask, prioritise and have a strong eye for detail especially with numbers
Ability to build rapport with key internal stakeholders as well as our customer base while building trust with both by following through on any actionable items
Customer-first mindset, always keeping their core needs in mind in any decision-making or communication
Problem-solving skills and be IT savvy
A process improvement mindset
Understanding of internet technologies or eCommerce
