What you’ll be doing:
**HR Support**
- Assist with posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Help prepare on-boarding materials and deliver HR induction
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with policies
- Contribute to HR documentation and reporting
- Get involved in employee engagement and well being initiatives

About you:
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. You might be:

- A recent graduate in HR with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- An experienced administrator or coordinator looking for a new and varied role
- Curious, well-presented, confident, and excited to learn
- Able to juggle competing priorities and show initiative
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
- Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information

What you’ll bring:

- Sound Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- An interest in people, operations, and helping a business run well
- A proactive mindset, reliability, and a “can-do” attitude
