Supply Chain Graduate – Entry Level

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Graduate for an exciting opportunity within our Head Office at Castle Hill.  This is an entry level role and would suit a recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.  Candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities such as non-inventory ordering, buyer/planner tasks and logistics activities, while also engaging in projects aimed at driving continuous improvements and ensuring the accuracy of system data.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor & Project Lead - you will gain experience in:

  • Supporting various business activities including raising purchase orders, Demand Planning and projects, collaborating across teams to drive improvements.

  • Applying logical thinking to identify challenges, provide solutions, and improve processes.

  • Assisting in analysing business requirements.

  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements.

The successful candidate will:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business or Supply Chain.

  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel.  JD Edwards and Power BI would be a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to think critically, and logically.

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Motivated team player with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
