**Objective of role**
Drive and support the business to gain efficiencies from Coco Republic web platforms and integration points.
**What to expect on a day-to-day basis**
- Provide a single point of contact for customers with regards to digital platforms (M2 website and iDesign POS) at Coco Republic
- Drive and support website implementations, upgrades and modifications
- Deliver weekly technical objectives, content amends to microsites, logging test data, cases and owning User Acceptance Testing
- Help administer multiple cloud-based systems including ERP, e-commerce, POS, marketing automation platforms, API integrations, tag management and a data warehouse
- Support ongoing management of sandbox development environments by utilising GIT
- Investigate and resolve process and system queries, liaising and working with relevant head of departments or IT colleagues, before escalating to third parties as required
- Support web and process growth and improvement; suggest, document, and propose improvements to support the business moving forward
- Fully understand Coco Republic digital systems, interfaces and processes, articulate business requirements for systems by liaising with peers, head of departments and business units
- Carry out website and process and integration testing and walk throughs
- Create, maintain and oversee documentation regarding digital platforms
**Your skills and experience for success**
- Minimum two years’ experience working in an eCommerce environment
- Experience in E-Commerce: Adobe Commerce / Magento CMS, Magento 2 preferred
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel to manage / sort data and.csv uploads
- Strong understanding of HTML web standards, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP
- ERP/POS understanding and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great customer service skills
- Zendesk or other ticket logging system experience desired
- Experience and understanding of Meta Business data feeds desired
