Our client is a global brand and well known looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st level support for customers over the phone.

This is a 3 month contract with a view to extend, starting immediately. It is 5 days a week (37.5hrs) in the office and is located in North Ryde, Sydney within walking distance of the Metro station.

You will be primarily providing 1st level support across hardware and services around hardware over the phone and email.

To be suitable you will need:

  • Previous experience (minimum 6-12 months) in a Helpdesk capacity providing 1st level support over the phone
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • The ability to respond to queries in a proactive manner and address the issues, keep the customer up to date, or escalate when needed to the senior member/leader of the team
  • Experience providing support across hardware such as printers is desirable or the ability to pick it up quickly
  • Being able to provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the calls and resolve them where you can
