Sydney- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur client is a top tier global bank seeking a junior Helpdesk IT Support Analyst to join their team in Sydney.
**Responsibilities**:
- First point of call for providing timely and cost effective IT support to the business
- Logging tickets and calls via help desk applicaiton
- Troubleshooting desktop and network related issues
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years experience in help desk/customer service IT environment
- Preference for Bachelor degree level
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent knowledge and skills with Microsoft office, outlook, Windows OS and active directory
- Also desirable but not essential would be knowledge of lotus notes, smart phone support and cisco phone support
