**About**:
National legal practice in Melbourne looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor that is driven to provide the highest standard of service for clients under their care, while developing their professional acumen and capacity as a solicitor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 Years PQE
- A wealth of Experience in Corporate / Commercial Law.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable under pressure.
- Exposure to business development - readily able to manage client expectations and build relationships
- Ability to manage many documents and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient research skills and commercial acumen
- Desire to work as an integral team member while working autonomously.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage prospective client relationships & provide legal advice.
- Develop an understanding of client operations and strategy
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively
- Conduct legal research and analysis in order to provide sound and concise legal advice
- Review applicable case law and legislative changes
