About:
Adept Personal Injury Lawyer (4+ years PQE) wanted by a landmark PI firm in their Melbourne Office. The role involves TAC cases and Liability claims amidst other personal injury work, whereby you’ll be expected to act empathetically and tenaciously in your career. You won't be micromanaged - your caliber and contribution are seen and understood, as you will be given the support and guidance to take the reigns of your cases using the skills and acumen you’ve developed.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years + PQE with experience in PI, specifically with TAC and Liability Claims
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication
- **Empathy and Confidence** - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have often experienced trauma. As such, your approach must be intuitive, reassuring and confident
- Excellent communication skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail - expert analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills
- Refined commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach
- Driven and energetic - you have a hunger for novelty and nuance, a heart to take on challenges and aspirations to grow your capabilities as a lawyer

**Expectations and day-to-day**:

- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases
- Autonomously take cases from start to finish
- it is a busy practice with several active cases that need to be managed simultaneously & effectively
- Provide tailored results to clients to ensure an optimal outcome
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
