We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial lawyer to join a passionate and high functioning team in a unique premium boutique commercial firm with a reputation for excellence.

Due to the firm's significant growth over the past several years, our client is seeking a motivated lawyer or graduate to join their team. This outstanding opportunity provides the ability to work on brilliant matters whilst receiving all the benefits associated with working in a small team.

The firm is unique in its ability to provide significant depth and breadth of expertise on large and complex transactions for a range of sophisticated clients in different sectors. This position allows you to work on complex mergers & acquisitions and work closely with clients to advise on matters relating to corporate governance, ASX listing rules, capital markets, financial services and cross-border transactions.

A suitable candidate will have:

Have 1+ years post admission experience but will consider outstanding graduates;

Be client-focused with the ability to build rapport;

Be a self-starter, with a desire to grow your own practice long term;

Have some commercial experience or acumen; and

Outstanding foundational technical skills.
