What You’ll Be Doing
In their award-winning Commercial Litigation practice, you’ll steer high-stakes disputes and formal insolvency proceedings from strategy through resolution.
- Structure and draft insolvency pleadings, board minutes and settlement agreements
- Lead interlocutory applications, mediations, contested hearings and client workshops
- Advise on cross-border enforcement, regulatory compliance and risk allocation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency or special situations
- Proven track record on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation & leadership skills
- A proactive, client-focused and innovation-driven mindset
