About the Firm
Our client is a respected mid‑sized national firm, with strong presence in VIC and other regions, and a reputation for approachable, collaborative teams. They are consistently ranked in Chambers & Legal 500 and admired for their social justice and pro bono focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Integral part of their Dispute Resolution team, handling corporate, regulatory and competition disputes with senior oversight.
- Liaise with clients and senior lawyers on key strategy
- Prepare affidavits, submissions and briefs
- Support regulatory investigations and proceedings
- Conduct legal analyses and present findings
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 yrs PQE in Dispute Resolution or regulatory law
- Proven drafting and litigation project management
- Strong interpersonal style suited to team work and autonomy
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, client-facing work
