**Detailed Job Description**:
- $35 per hour + Superannuation
- 3:2 Office and WFH Split with flexible hours
- Be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle

**What is unique about you?**:
As a solid administrator (not necessarily with previous HR experience) you are adept in a wide variety of general admin skills - especially document management and reporting. As a naturally driven and proactive person, you will be able to successfully assess where you can take ownership of tasks and show a willingness to take on new responsibilities. Creative and new ways of thinking are valued in this business - be confident in sharing your “out of the box” thinking. You can easily pick up new systems, confidently work across various online databases and CRM platforms and are proficient in Microsoft Office. Since you will be joining the HR team, working collaboratively is a key working style and your communication and interpersonal skills are confident, professional, and discreet. Lastly, attention to detail is key and you take pride in delivering work to a high standard, always seeking feedback for improvement and new ways of working
**A snapshot of your role.**:
- Co-ordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and any company contractors or freelancers ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Maintain all HR records, files, registers and databases across various CRMs with accuracy and discretion
- Review internal and external HR enquiries, respond to information requests where appropriate and flag with escalated members of staff when required
- Provide payroll support for various administration information requests or relevant paperwork for the accounts team
