My client is a global automotive brand with a reputation for quality and excellence.

Due to an internal promotion (in the wider group) an opportunity is open for a early career HR professional to step into an autonomous role which could propel and define your career.

The role acts as a central coordination / centre of expertise to support progressive leaders who have a high level of competence in managing their people. The client group is around 130 heads and largely sales professionals.

Responsibilities include
- Full Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Payroll Support (Preceda)
- WHS
- Talent Management

This is an opportunity for someone with 2 years + experience to step into a fast-paced commercial environment and thrive. A HR degrees or other HR qualification is required.
