.Our client is a leading NFP with a strong purposeful position in assisting our community. In this newly created role, you will be assisting the HR team with activities across the entire employee lifecycle. In more details, you will be responsible for the on-boarding & off-boarding of employees, contract creation, system maintenance, recruitment admin as well as reporting.

This role presents a fantastic growth opportunity for a HR Administrator that enjoys a fast-paced environment to further develop their skills.

To be successful in the position you will offer:

- Previous experience within a HR Administrative role.
- Confidence with interpretation of Awards.
- Previous experience creating high-volume of contracts and variation letters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience using a HRIS (ideally Elmo).
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline with a strong understanding of HR processes.
