**About the opportunity**

As a Product Manager at Swyftx your ideas and actions will have a direct impact on our product and will shape the way that our customers across Australia and New Zealand trade. You will play a key role in managing the product-led culture across the organisation and driving the development and execution of our product roadmap.

**At Swyftx you will have the opportunity to**:

- Build an in-depth understanding of ourProduct Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
- Drive clear alignment and collaborationwithin the product team and your squad to develop roadmaps, OKRs and initiatives, while efficiently communicating this back to the business
- Lead the timely development and execution of your squad’s roadmap, initiatives and quarterly OKRs
- Own the discovery and delivery phases of the PDLC, including development of your squad’s PRDs, UAT plans, go-to-market materials, and inter-department coordination to ship features to market
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problem areas and collect requirements, while developing and prioritising solutions in a timely manner
- Effectively manage and negotiate trade offs to requirements, scope changes and prioririsation of deliverables with stakeholders Understand industry trends, market sentiment and consumer needs to make strong strategic decisions

**We would love you to have**:

- Prior experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally within fintech or financial services
- A strong understanding of software/product development lifecycles and expertise in agile methodologies
- Proven experience in product management, requirements gatheringand roadmap development
- Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian suite, Mixpanel, Braze, Branch.io, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication
- A can-do attitude, driven by a strong desire to create a meaningful impact for customers
