Our client, a leading Entertainment company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Compliance Specialist to join their team on an initial 6 months contract opportunity with the view to extend.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for designing and implementing a robust compliance strategy and framework for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, ensuring wage and entitlement compliance
- Provide specialist advice and support on compliance concerns as well as offering valuable input on management strategies
- Play a crucial role in providing industrial relations and/or legal advice
- Maintain regular communication with the project team and sponsor during project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and the voice of the customer is heard
- Provide input to post implementation review
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A strong background in compliance
- 5+ years’ experience in employee relations or HRM in a complex organisation
- Degree in Law, Business, Human Resources or any other similar discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to provide HR advisory support to them
- Experience in high volume end to end casework
