**YOUR ROLE**

Join our newly created Workforce Compliance team, as an Employee Relations Lead. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to compliance management as well as the ability to adapt to changing legal and regulatory landscapes.

**ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR compliance programs.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a regulated industry or multinational corporation is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
