**The Opportunity**

Our Lysaght business is looking for an** Internal Sales Professional**to join the customer service team based in Emu Plains. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

**What Will You Do?**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to play a key role in revitalising this important part of our business. If you are customer focused, confident in a sales environment, and thrive in a hands-on role, this is the role for you.

You will:

- provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment
- identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximise sales
- work collaboratively with the stores and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- manage sales transactions and customer enquiries

You are a customer service professional who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy. You will also have;
- a strong sales mindset, with the ability to follow through and close the loop with customers
- a proactive attitude and sense of personal accountability, you take pride in doing things well
- sales acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to customer needs
- a familiarity with a customer relationship management system such as Salesforce
