**About the company**
Our client is a leading global distributor of enterprise cabling, audio visual, communications & security solutions. Operating for over half a century and with a footprint that extends across more than 50 countries across the globe, this Fortune 200 company is continuing to experience exciting growth in the Australian market.
**Position & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for the management, growth and development of an existing portfolio of accounts. This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working closely with clients, assessing requirements and developing strong commercial relationships. This is a multifaceted role where you will be expected to manage competing priorities, whilst providing exceptional customer service and support. This will provide an excellent grounding and a strong development pathway for a career in technology.
**Requirements**:
**T**he successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated internal sales, account management or customer service experience.
- Previous experience in Electrical, Electronics, Data Cabling, Security, ICT or related field will be held in high regarded.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Passion for technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed PC skills
- Professionalism, resilience and a positive demeanour
**The Offer**
The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, plus Superannuation and Incentives ($10,000 - $20,000 per annum). You will also have the opportunity to build a career with a leading and progressive global Fortune 200 company.
