Hello from Mountain Culture. We make really good beer and have lots of fun while we're at it. Our flagship Status Quo Pale Ale has been voted the best craft beer in the country for the last 3 years running, and we like to think the brand as a whole is going places. We've only been open 5 years but are already the 4th largest indie brewer in the country - with category leading 38% growth YOY. Suffice to say we're not your average craft brewery although it can be hard to pin point why. There's something special about this place and this is an incredible opportunity to be part of it.

The Customer Supply Coordinator will be responsible for delivering on all key support tasks related to processing orders and managing customer experiences on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. With the support of the Sales Support Officer, the Customer Supply Coordinator will manage sales orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered, invoiced and afterwards with anything required (returns, POD's & credits).

This role will also be responsible for all communication with internal and external stakeholders in regard to stock level issues, batch control issues and all other complaints and potential customer impacts. 

What you'll do (in a nutshell)

  • Monitor and Manage all 3PLS to an expected standard of data and deliveries
  • Work to improve processes and systems to better streamline day to day sales support operations
  • Stock Management - work closely with operations to make sure allocations of stock are spread across the country where required
  • Plan, manage and execute all limited releases, including Mountain Culture X
  • Manage all internal systems to ensure data integrity
  • Oversee the sales support role and tasks to ensure all sales order/returns are processed and managed correctly

Who you are (criteria):

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating sales orders or similar
  • Experience in the beer/alcohol/FMCG industry preferred
  • Keen eye for detail, understand the importance of getting work right and checking for errors
  • Self motivated and sufficient, has a can do attitude and shows initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
