**The Opportunity**

Our Lysaght business is looking for a **Account Manager **to join the **Sales Team **based in **Emu Plains**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hardware distributor customers, building strong relationships, working closely to identify needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure the continued success of our partnerships. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service.

**What Will You Do?**

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of hardware distributor customers in the steel building products sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Negotiate pricing and product offering to meet customer needs while achieving business goals.
- Identify SOW opportunities and new business growth in your portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams.

**More About You**

Experience in customer service ideally with some exposure to sales or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- A customer focused attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Industry knowledge in the steel building products is an advantage but not required.
