**Your Opportunity**:
At CSL, we're driven by our promise to protect public health. We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to join our team at Seqirus. Based at our Tullamarine site, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Site and the site leadership team, whilst also managing a team of administrators. Your work will help ensure the site runs efficiently and that every visitor and meeting is handled with professionalism and care.

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the VP Manufacturing & Site Head your responsibilities will be:

- Organise internal and external meetings, events, and global visits - including travel, accommodation, accommodation, catering and logistics.
- Lead and support the Site Administration team to ensure consistent coverage and high-quality support cross all functions.
- Oversee the administrative systems and processes to ensure continuity during absences and improve ways of working.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and company policies.

**Your experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience and confidence to work with internal executives and other senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
- Confident managing multiple calendars, coordinating travel and supporting high-level meetings.
- Experience managing a team and supporting one or more senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel.
