An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Talent Acquisition** **Coordinator **to support end to end Christmas retail recruitment across all our brands (Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, Allkinds, kikki.K & FINE-DAY).

Our successful stores will soon be filled with festive spirt and we need help to find enthusiastic and passionate individuals to provide a truly unique customer experience. This is a fast paced, hands-on role in a busy, dynamic environment therefore you must be administratively strong with excellent communication skills.
- Please note: This is a full-time fixed term contract of 3 Months._

**THE ROLE**:

- Placement of advertisements for all store-based roles
- Coordinate and assist with Recruitment Open Days, Group and One-On-One interviews
- Appointment booking/diary management for Cluster/Area & State Managers
- Reporting and collating recruitment communication
- Ensure that all administrative functions are completed during the recruitment process, this includes system updates and ensuring quality management.
- Ad hoc recruitment administration to support the wider team.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar recruitment administration role (preferred)
- Store management experience within the retail industry (will be essential)
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System programs (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & high attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
