**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging National Manager to oversee the development and execution of strategies that leverage data to drive digital transformation, leading to business growth and patient engagement.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Oversee the implementation of data-driven initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to teams across Ramsay Health Care Australia
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of data-related practices
- Managing a small team of data professionals

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, Statistics Information Technology of equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Data Management field
- Strong product management, service management and data strategy development
- Understanding the legal obligations of data and information
- Proven people leadership skills, managing a high-performing team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organisation.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in the health sector
- Understanding of data analytics and data models
- Understanding of agile methodologies and techniques
- Understanding of data technologies and key providers within the marketplace
