**About the role**

The National IT Manager is responsible for maximizing efficiencies and enhancing business performance through the management and leadership of the Information Technology and Telecommunications platforms. Key components of this role include managing the IT Budget (Capex & Opex) to ensure maximum return on investment, mitigating all technological disturbances and risks, developing the IT team, delivery of all projects, and developing the long-term strategic IT plan.

As National IT Manager, you oversee the information technology (IT) strategy and the systems required to support Mad Mex’s unique objectives and goals.

**To be considered for this role it is essential that you have**
- 3 to 5 years planning, developing, and deploying new systems and systems integration for varied systems
- Experience with managing Point of Sale Systems
- Extensive experience with Microsoft/Azure environments
- Experience with Data Warehousing and Power BI
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in the implementation of an ERP system is desirable
- Understanding of ITIL-based service desks and tools
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, Systems, and Processes
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are desirable
- Experience in the QSR industry is desirable
- Experience in the implementation of an ERP system is desirable
- A valid driver’s license
