**The Role**
- Manage the end to end execution of agreed acquisition opportunities
- Work with Land and Acquisitions Managers on origination and sourcing of acquisition opportunities; deal with agents where appropriate to originate acquisitions opportunities
- Carry out financial modelling for new acquisitions
- Provide or procure as appropriate market and competitor research as required
- Provide support to the other teams (including Development, Sales, Operations and Finance) as required
- Facilitate the transition of assets into the operating business ensuring the key business outcomes are achieved

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be well networked within developers and land owners and thrive on chasing down a deal. To know if this is a potential opportunity for you, you will have a track record in acquisitions of land, be confident with feasibilities, structuring deals and partnering agreements and possess a down-to-earth persona.
