Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this medical imaging organisation looking for their next Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. With patient health and experience at the forefront of what they do, the TA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the business is recruiting and retaining exceptional staff, focussed on providing the best possible care.

Reporting into an inspiring People and Culture leader, the TA Manager will:

- Lead a small team of 3, coaching and developing team members to work to the best of their ability.
- Pull together creative attraction strategies utilising multiple channels and mediums.
- Work to build on and improve current processes; with strong processes already in place, the business is always striving for continuous improvement.
- Research recruitment technologies to ensure the best possible efficiencies throughout the process.
- Work through a number of exciting projects; this will include building the EVP and looking into diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Recruit for senior level positions across the organisation.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Prior experience working within a similar Talent Acquisition Manager role.
- Ideally experience working within the medical sector, however, not essential.
- A real continuous improvement mindset, with experience of strengthening recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and technology.
- Ability to forge strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
