**The Company**
Our client is one of the largest residential developers in the country and is seeking a passionate and motivated Property Acquisitions Manager to join them. Their values are authenticity, versatility, innovation, and dedication which they would like you to embody as part of the team.

**The Role**
As Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential land acquisition and divestment opportunities in Victoria and then conducting necessary due diligence before proposing your findings to their Investment Committee (ICOM). You will also need to negotiate terms with landowners/sellers before closing transactions. Additionally, you may be required to produce reports on transactions when requested by the General Manager of Capital Transactions.

**What you need to succeed**
To excel in this role, you must possess tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Economics, Valuations, or a similar field related to Property. You must also have demonstrated success in land acquisitions and possess an in-depth understanding of the Victorian land market and regulatory framework when it comes to purchasing property. In addition, you should have exceptional negotiating capabilities, inventive problem-solving aptitude as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Finally, they require someone autonomous yet able to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
