This is a unique and stimulating opportunity to join a progressive, forward-thinking and dynamic CA firm in Business Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for your own portfolio and have client contact and you will be required to always think of the best outcome for your clients. This holistic firm is youthful, proactive and has regular social activities. They have grown by 25% over the past 12 months and have ample opportunity in the future.

**Duties**:

- Business Advisory - including cash flow, forecasting and management reports
- Face-to-face client meetings
- Liaise with the outsource team - delegate and review work
- Reviewing compliance, BAS, financials and tax returns, adjusting or completing from time to time
- Majority of client work is in Xero as well as the practice management software
- Working on varied clients, from $1 million up to $30 million turnover - across all entity types, sole traders, companies, trusts, SMSF and group structures

**Skills and personal attributes**:

- Currently a Senior through to Manager within Business Services/ Business Advisory
- Technically competent with financials, tax returns, tax planning, business advisory and business partnering (the firm is happy to train on the advisory and client contact side should you have the technical capability and excellent soft skills)
- Should you be at the higher Manager level you will be required to have personality traits to bring in clients and network in the future
- Forward-thinking and always thoughtful of the best outcome for your clients and how they can improve their bottom line
- CA/ CPA qualified - or close to qualified
