About the Role

As our NSW Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth across service, parts & rental.

This is a key role for a motivated, independent sales professional who thrives on strengthening relationships and delivering tailored, value-added solutions that boost customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across service, parts and rental
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, tenders, and presentations
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with service, parts, rental, and marketing teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in a similar role ideally gained in the capital equipment, heavy machinery or industrial sectors
  • Solid understanding of service, parts, and rental business models
  • A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers at every level

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive mindset and solutions driven approach
