This is a unique opportunity to be a true Client Advisor within a flexible, cloud-based, fast-growing and progressive firm. In this role, you will be responsible for your own portfolio and have extensive client contact. The firm has grown 25% year on year.
**Duties**:
- You will be responsible for Business Advisory - including cash flow, forecasting and management reports, as well as compliance (P & L, balance sheets, BAS, IAS, FBT, GST) which will be processed by the offshore team.
- You will commence by managing your own client portfolio of $800K. In addition, all new clients will be allocated to you.
- Conduct face-to-face, video and phone meetings with clients.
- Delegate and review compliance completed by the offshore team, including BAS, financials and tax returns, adjusting or completing from time to time. You will be responsible for the second review, a high-level review.
- The majority of client work is in Xero. Xero also being the practice management software.
- Work on clients from $300K to $20 million in turnover - all entities including sole traders, companies, trusts, SMSF and group structures.
**Skills and personal attributes**:
- Currently a Manager within Business Services/ Business Advisory.
- Technically competent with financials, tax returns, tax planning, business advisory and business partnering.
- Forward-thinking, putting the client’s best outcome first. Understanding how clients can improve their bottom line.
