Key Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing tailored finance and insurance (F&I) solutions to customers purchasing vehicles
- Partnering with the sales team to identify and close finance opportunities
- Managing loan applications and liaising with financial institutions
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies
- Delivering a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the finance process
- Meeting and exceeding finance and insurance sales targets
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
About You
We're looking for someone who is professional, results-driven, and passionate about customer service. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager in an automotive dealership or a similar F&I position
- Current F&I accreditation and a sound understanding of compliance requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- A current and valid driver's licence
