Key Responsibilities

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored finance and insurance (F&I) solutions to customers purchasing vehicles
  • Partnering with the sales team to identify and close finance opportunities
  • Managing loan applications and liaising with financial institutions
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies
  • Delivering a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the finance process
  • Meeting and exceeding finance and insurance sales targets
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships

About You

We're looking for someone who is professional, results-driven, and passionate about customer service. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Business Manager in an automotive dealership or a similar F&I position
  • Current F&I accreditation and a sound understanding of compliance requirements
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A current and valid driver's licence
