**About The Role**

You will be driving our Café Roasters and Resell channel, knocking on doors and being the face of KeepCup and bringing in new business. Do you know your way around a La Marzocco and looking for a new challenge? We want to talk to you. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key partners, organisations and building our Café and retail business. Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, you will work within the Sales team and teams across the business to deliver on our mission and strategic objectives for a world that no longer needs, wants, or uses single
- use products.

Key responsibilities are to:

- Use data to inform, enhance and implement our sales and marketing strategy and consistently link sales opportunities to the strategic vision.
- Build a solid pipeline aligned to KeepCup’s Channel Strategy to maximise market share
- Monitor market and client marketing initiatives, advise of changes in competition, product requirements and related matters across product range adding value to the broader M & S team.
- Scope and evaluate the viability and brand consequence of sales opportunities.
- Visit customers, pitch to win new business, and develop effective tactics to further our purpose.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with brand aligned KeepCup Channel accounts and loading Accounts into our b2b Portal
- Contact each key Account on at least a quarterly basis to review performance and pursue growth opportunities

**About You**

You are an experienced Business Development Manager with tenacity and creativity, ideally with experience in consumer products. A personal alignment with our mission and the value of our business is essential.

We are looking for:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or industry
- Results driven with a proven track record in delivering new business and sales results from retail and Café channels
- Ability to use data and the CRM system (Hubspot) to gather and share insights and leverage your energy and expertise to generate revenue
- Skilled in collaboration within a Marketing & Sales team, working on cross functional/regional projects
- Ability to juggle, prioritise and excel with both proactive and reactive tasks daily.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who lives the KeepCup values inside and outside of the office
- Solution focussed individual with capacity for resolving issues as they arise.
