Inlight’s digital **Client Partner** will be the engine room behind the key pillars of _Inlight’s Client Experience_. This role will help deliver great client experience through driving strong relationships with our key customers, drive opportunities to grow existing accounts, strategically influencing our clients and our team, work with our business development team and help our team deliver quality work.

You'll join forces with 40+ friendly Inlighters who work flexibly between home and our brand new office in Clifton Hill, purpose built with hybrid work being central to its design.

**Key responsibilities**
- Strategically manage client relationships, articulating a clear and actionable strategy that meets objectives and ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on client business priorities, objectives and expectations,
- Actively search for growth opportunities on existing client accounts, including working with and supporting internal team members to formulate account plans, strategies and uncover new opportunities,
- Develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ business objectives and recommend solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, providing leadership, strategic advice and support for our clients,
- Managing account relationships and account activity,
- Enhance our capability in the areas of account management and provide ongoing strategic & commercial direction for team members in managing and growing their client relationships and in delivering excellence on all projects,
- Work with the team to effectively transition sales into the client services & production team.
- Build a detailed understanding of the team’s production processes and support and explain production estimates, schedules and internal processes,
- Working alongside the Delivery team to get projects out the door on time, on budget and achieves the expected results for the client.

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience building and managing trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders,
- A proven track record in driving growth of existing client accounts and supporting new business development,
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage project scope and changes,
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate broad business and marketing goals into clear objectives, requirements and outcomes for digital,
- A solid understanding of digital,
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role,
- A Marketing, Commercial or relevant degree,
- Good judgement and the ability to identify and mitigate risk,
- Excellent time management skills and can demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects.
