Digital Producer

We are looking for a **Digital Producer** who will establish, deliver and optimise programmes of work across multiple clients, through their effective delivery team leadership & management, whilst delivering an excellent client experience. This role is a client facing Producer with account management and stakeholder management experience, and experience in delivering complex digital projects.

**As the new Digital Producer you'll**
- Be responsible for managing a cross functional team alongside a senior technical team member to deliver programmes of work, not just projects,
- Manage a variety of lead projects from project set up & scoping through to deployment and continuous improvement,
- Manage project documentation and report on project success, estimates, statement of work, reports, budgets, risk management and project rituals to deliver on time, on budget and a great client experience,
- Manage scheduling and support growth planning & recruitment of your multidisciplinary team,
- Manage client expectations, negotiate conflicts and align project expectations and required outcomes,
- Manage backlog management & prioritisation across accounts and team,
- Manage stakeholder engagement up to and including C-Suite Level,
- Qualify new business alongside the new business team to help narrow the focus of opportunities for Inlight.

**You're someone who**
- Has experience in successfully delivering digital projects,
- Has experience in managing clients and a demonstration of building trusted partnerships,
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage project scope and changes,
- Has exceptional time management skills and can demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects,
- Has at least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role,
- Has a Marketing, Communications or relevant degree,
- A good understanding and passion for digital,
- A good judgment and the ability to identify and mitigate risk,
- Is proactive and takes responsibility for your work,
- Has a collaborative approach and the ability to motivate and achieve outcomes through others,
- Is calm under pressure and can lead and reassure others,
- Is excited by the complexity of working on a variety of different projects at the same time.
