**About the Role**:
Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS) provides support to youth and adults via inpatient and outpatient settings, community health centres, justice health facilities and other community settings, including people’s homes. MHJHADS aims to be socially inclusive and operate within a recovery-focussed and/or harm minimisation approach.
The Service and Transformation program provides high level strategic and operational policy advice to MHJHADS Senior Management regarding the development, implementation, and management of major projects to respond to the priorities and principles of the Division. This includes project and policy support, coordinating division wide planning, delivery and evaluation of professional development, leading the expansion of the lived experience workforce, and ongoing development of consumer and carer engagement across the Division.
This position is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Service and Transformation Senior Director and the team. Administrative duties consist of preparing a range of correspondence, diary and inbox management, providing secretariat support to committees, assisting with human resource and financial management functions, research, initiating action to ensure the timely response to requests. This position also assists various division workplace and service development initiatives, and supports the delivery of learning activities in the Divisional staff training programs.
